The theme for the auxiliary was “A Harvest of Memories”! The displays were wonderful!!

There was a free pork barbeque given by the Iowa Pork Producers on Wednesday night.

There were tours on Thursday to the Brucemore Historic Mansion and Gardens and the National Czech and Slovak Museum and Library and in the afternoon view the amazing hay trolley collection of Steve Weeber. Check out for a preview of his collection!

Thursday evening there was the popular “Meet and Greet”. This is a time for sharing and getting to know each other better. First Timers are recognized at this time! We had a great time!

The book for review was “Sins of Intent” by Randy Roeder Randy Joined us for the discussion. It was fun to have an author join our circle!   Even those who haven’t read the our books have a good time. Discussions tend to be lively, educational and entertaining!
